Tacos in the snow 😳

I'm here in the house trying to keep warm in this increment weather advisory. Just a lazy kinda day. Cooking tacos tonight. I use the following ingredients.

Soft corn tortilla 

Mashed pinto beans (refried beans)

MEAT

Cheese

Lettuce

Salsa

Avocado cut up

Sour cream

sprinkle of salt

Well, my name is Jemeikka, some call me Gigi. I'm a 35 year old mother of an amazing 2 year old named Gia. I'm married to an amazing supportive man I call Papi. Difference between features in Blogger & WordPress

The main differences that I've notice with Blogger(B'er) and WordPress(W/P) are the languages available, domain name, image storage and iPhone app features.

Languages B'er offers only 50 languages, while W/P offer 120+ languages. 

Domain names are transferable for free through B'er, but you have to pay for this with W/P. 

Image storage: B'er give you 1GB free with images under 2048x2048 not being counted against your 1gig. W/P gives you 3 GB with the option to buy more. 

iPhone app: the B'er app. offers 4 options. Post, new post, settings and view blog. W/P offers these and several more such as stats, notifications, pages, and other customization options. 

Chicken pot pie

Cut up chicken breast

Bag of mixed veggie

Large can of cream of chicken soup

1-2 packs of crossiant dough

3-4 medium potatoes 

Season chicken to taste. Cook in large sauce pan. Don't drain add mixed veggies. Cook to slightly undone. Add cream of chicken soup. Mix together and put in large casserole dish. Roll out crossiant dough to top and sprinkle with a little cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Depends on how full your casserole dish is. Let sit for 10 minutes and enjoy.

Walking with an Angel

The other day while I was out with my mom and daughter, I saw something that was so funny it could have be a tragedy. A Walmart worker was in the parking lot to go to his car. Well just as he was coming out of the store we saw a woman going to her car. She only had one bag and she seemed focused. She wasted no time throwing her bag in the car and cranking up.  Well the Walmart worker that was coming out was right behind her car. She threw her car in reverse. As the Walmart worker noticed the reverse lights come on he sped up. Well she pushed her pedal so quick that if he had not run to get from behind her, she would have hit him. At the time watching this, mixed with the look on the workers face was so funny. He laughed it off as well, but on a serious note: she really could have hurt him. The speed at which she came out was the danger. She never even looked out her rear mirror to see if anyone was behind her.

My husband is a carpenter and says cut once and measure twice. We'll take the time to look twice and drive once.

While we laugh things off sometimes there is some miracle in daily life. Who knows what angels follow us and protect us from day to day.
